How do I submit a rental request?
After browsing our different collections and you find something you like, fill out the form found at the bottom of the page and select the desired collection as well as the package size. Once you’ve finished filling out the form we will be in contact with you shortly to confirm availability. No payment is required at this stage and your rental request has been successfully submitted.
How do I know when my rental order is confirmed?
Once we receive your rental request, we will review availability for your requested items and dates. If everything is available, we will send you a rental contract and invoice via email. Your rental is officially confirmed once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid.
When is payment due?
Orders under $300: Full payment plus a 40% security deposit/retainer is required at signing of contract to reserve your items.
Orders over $300: 50% of the rental total plus the 40% security deposit/retainer is required at signing of contract to reserve your items. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to pick up.
How long is the rental period?
Your rental fee includes a 4-day rental period, which covers the day of pickup, your event days, and the return day.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations at any time: The 40% deposit/retainer is non-refundable.
Cancellations less than 30 days before pick up: The total amount paid is non-refundable.
Can I adjust quantities as my event approaches?
Yes. We recommend reserving the maximum number you think you’ll need. Up to 30 days before pick up, you may decrease your numbers for a refund (up to 50% of the rental total, excluding the deposit/retainer).
What if something gets damaged or lost?
You will be charged the full retail replacement value of the item. Please note that many of our vintage pieces are rare or irreplaceable—the replacement cost reflects that reality.
