PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Payments, Reservations, and Other Information
Reservations are first come first serve. Deposits are due at time of booking via Venmo. Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking or your date maybe be forfeited. Reservations are not complete until deposit and rental agreements have been received.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve rental items and will be applied toward the total balance due. The remainder of balance is due 7 days before pickup date. Balance can be paid by Zelle or Venmo of pick up payment confirmation is required before release of items.

Pick Up locations: Germantown City Hall - Germantown, Tennessee - Midtown Memphis pick up and drop off location available upon request.

MasterCard, VISA, are accepted with a 3% service charge, Zelle and Venmo are preferred. Checks accepted by non profit or business only.

A Credit Card is required to keep on file in case of loss, damages or cancelations.

All returned checks are subject to a return check fee of $40.00.

Cleaning Instructions
All tea-ware/china should be free of food and drink before repacked in the containers provided at delivery. DO NOT hand wash or put in dishwasher, wipe clean of food and drink of all items and repack as safe as possible. Linens should be free from food and stains before returned.

Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve rental items and will be applied toward the total balance due.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled rental date may be rebooked for a future date at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Full cancellations (without rebooking) will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the rental date are subject to the full rental amount being due and will be charged to the credit card on file.

If rebooking is requested for a cancellation made less than 7 days in advance, a 25% non-refundable rebooking fee (based on the total rental cost) will apply and is due on the day of rebooking and will be applied to the remaining balance. If rebooking is not done within 24 hours of the 7th day the full rental amount will be due and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Damaged, Lost, or Broken Items
Any lost or broken items the renter is responsible for reporting to MidSouth Tea Party and for additional fees will be charged as listed to replace items.

The renter is responsible to return any items that were not re-packed in containers when picked up by MidSouth Tea Party. Including broken items must be returned.

Security is the renter's responsibility. Items must be protected from disappearance, breakage and weather related damage while in your possession.

Special containers are provided to ensure that you receive rental items in near perfect condition.

In the event that an item you reserve becomes unavailable due to loss or damage prior to your rental, we will make every effort to substitute an item of equal or greater value after discussing the matter with you

All equipment is clean, sanitized and table ready.
